Support

Support for FG Vector is built into the app itself. Open the chat, describe the problem in your own words, and the answer arrives in the same place — in the language you use the app in. There is nothing to register for and no form to fill in.

Where to find it

The same conversation opens from four places:

• My Game — the speech-bubble icon in the top right corner of the home screen.
• Profile → Account & System → Contact Support.
• Feed — as soon as we answer, a card appears here.
• The notification — tapping the push notification about a reply opens the conversation directly.

What the chat can do

• Write in your own words. No categories to choose, no forms.
• Send a screenshot. Attach a picture from your photo library — usually the fastest way to show what went wrong.
• Common questions are answered right away. Anything else is picked up by a real person from our team, who replies in the same conversation. It looks the same to you — a reply from a human may simply take longer.
• You will know when we reply. A push notification tells you the answer has arrived.
• The history stays with you. The conversation belongs to your account, so it is still there on a new phone or after a reinstall.
• The User Guide is one tap away. A link to the guide in your language sits at the top of the conversation.

Who can use it

Anyone with an FG Vector account — during the free trial, with an active subscription, and after a subscription has ended. Support is not a paid extra. Signing in is required because the conversation is tied to your account.

In your language

Write in the language you use the app in and the reply comes back in the same language. FG Vector and its support are available in 16 languages.

If you cannot get into the app

If you cannot reach the chat in the app — for example you are unable to sign in, or you have already deleted the app — write to info@falbergolf.com. The chat in the app is the primary channel; email is the fallback.
